You can create your own workout routines and monitor your heart rate using a heart rate meter which could be found at your local fitness store, gyms, and online. They are quite inexpensive and help to achieve the ideal heart rate to fire up the fat burning furnace.
The ideal heart rate for burning fat vary depending on the age of the individual. A simple formula used to figure out ideal heart rate is to take the max heart rate of 220 and subtract the age. For example, a 25 year old person should have a maximum heart rate of 195. Keep in mind that this measurement isn’t accurate enough to try pushing the heart to reach the maximum heart rate. Use this calculation as a rule of thumb and reach no more than 95% of that if possible. It can be very dangerous to push the heart to its max.
